The Moleskine 2013 Monthly Large Notebook is bound in a soft black cover with rounded corners and a black elastic closure. The monthly format features a monthly layout on two pages followed by ruled pages for notes on each month. There are 128 pages of threadbound acid-free paper and the diary includes a ribbon bookmark and an expandable inner pocket which contains adhesive labels and a card with Moleskine's history.
