Geoffrey Parker is Distinguished University Professor, Andreas Dorpalen Professor of European History, and associate of the Mershon Center, The Ohio State University. Author of many prizewinning books, he was awarded the 2012 Heineken Prize for History. He lives in Columbus, OH.
