Even though they are sisters and share the same birthday, Charlotte and Emma are very different. When they get a puppy each as a birthday present, the puppies too are very different. Emma rapidly becomes fed up with hers: he's a nothing dog and so she calls him No One. But when her long-time friend hides him, Emma realises she does care.
