Praetorian of Dorn (#39 Horus Heresy)

Author(s): John French

Sci-Fi & Fantasy Fiction

Terra comes under attack from an enemy within as the Imperial Fists and Rogal Dorn prepare for the coming of Horus. Recalled from the Great Crusade after Ullanor, Rogal Dorn and the VII Legion were appointed as the Emperor's praetorians, but only after the Warmaster Horus' treachery was revealed did the full extent of that sacred duty become apparent. Now, the Solar System comes under attack for the first time since the war began, and many of the seemingly impregnable defences wrought by Dorn and his Imperial Fists Legion prove inadequate. With all eyes fixed firmly upon this new threat beyond the gates of Terra, who in turn will protect Dorn from the enemy within? * The Horus Heresy is Black Library's flagship science fiction series, with worldwide sales of over three million copies. * This is a pivotal novel in The Horus Heresy series that sees the Solar System itself come under attack from the traitor forces, leading to the death of one of the primarchs. * John French is one of Black Library's rising stars, best known for his work on the acclaimed Ahriman trilogy, which has sold almost 50,000 copies so far. * Previous trade paperback edition: Praetorian of Dorn (ISBN.9781784964375)
