Georgie Birkett completed her degree in Graphic Design and Illustration at the University of Brighton, in 1996. She has since illustrated many books, in various styles, for the educational and young fiction markets, as well as picture books and pre-school novelty books. Her books for the Campbell list include, the FUNTIME FRIENDS series and the four fantastic LITTLE PEEKABOO books.
